Chargebacks submitted fraudulently or in bad faith may result in reservation cancellation, collections activity, or legal action.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Follow all house rules and occupancy limits

  • Respect neighboring properties and noise regulations

  • Avoid unlawful activity, parties, or disturbances

  • Maintain the property in reasonable condition

  • Promptly report issues during the stay so we have an opportunity to assist

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund where permitted by law.

6. Communications & SMS Consent

By voluntarily providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Quintessential Hospitality LLC related to:

  • Reservation confirmations

  • Check-in instructions

  • Booking updates

  • Guest support

  • Maintenance or emergency notifications

  • Reservation follow-up communications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not required as a condition of booking or purchase.

SMS opt-in information and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
