This house was exactly as pictured. Small but cute! The A/C was a little loud when it kicked on, but I read reviews and was prepared for that. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is almost silent, as long as you turn on both light switches the exhaust fan does a perfect job! Toilet has a bidet. Furniture in the living room was super comfy, the beds were comfortable too. The tvs are large and in every room. The pillows were pretty bad, but I had an option to bring my own and forgot. There is a slight odor in the home but I wouldn’t describe it as smelling like smoke, more like the “older house charm” smell. It didn’t bother me at all. Appreciated most, easy check out instructions. They don’t expect you to do a ton and that was a nice gesture. I’ve never had it that easy anywhere! Appreciated least - the neighbors. The houses are very close together, and they were very loud at late hours. That said, it’s a college town and they seemed to be young. Overall - great price, very clean!

Had a blast here! Close to downtown, Bass Pro, and other things in Springfield, but still in a pretty quiet neighborhood. The games were a plus as we had some things pop up and had to spend more time in the Airbnb than we planned. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house itself is immaculate. It was super clean upon arrival, which immediately allowed us to relax. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with literally everything we needed for cooking and felt like being at home. Most importantly, the beds were incredibly comfortable a genuine luxury that ensured we slept great every night. The host was outstanding. The stay was great the house is cute. The only complain is says 3 bedroom 2 queen bed and 1 double bed in common area. We find its a two bedroom and in the closet was three roll out I would call cot the first one would be a kindergarten mat at best to sleep on the other two maybe single twin size first one wouldn't stay up at all the second was missing middle boards so sinked in the middle and then once we some what got a bed made out of it daughter layed down and on end collapsed twice. Glad was only two night stay would not stay again if all 5 of us go but would if husband and I only.

The home was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great for the things we wanted to do while in town. Thomas was very responsive to any questions we had and even let us check in 30 minutes early when we arrived earlier than expected. The house had everything needed and the neighborhood was very quiet. My only word of advice to anyone booking is while technically the home sleeps 8 you need to really like those 8 people because you’re going to be sleeping very close. I also felt the listing was a bit misleading since it said bedroom one had a queen and a twin bed. Each room has a queen bed and the closet and 3 roll out cots you could use. I was expecting an actual bed. It worked and thankfully we had children on them. It would have been different if we had needed to sleep adults on it. All in all a great place to stay.

There was also a hairball that wasnt mine in the bed. The a/c makes a very loud noise EVERY time it kicks on/off. The house had an unsavory smell. There was min ice or tray.

The inside was very clean and comfortable. The house is well taken care of.Although I felt safe during my stay, other properties around the neighborhood were in disrepair, some even with visible roof damage or gaps. It's not anything this owner can do, but awareness about the state of the neighborhood might be an issue for some.
Thomas's home is clean, peaceful, close to attractions and restaurants. The bathroom is well stocked with linens, soaps, and other supplies. All rooms are spotlessly clean. We love staying here - have booked on numerous occasions when we visit springfield to see our son or present at MSU.
Advertised as sleeps 8. It was a very tight fit for 8. Place was clean and remodeled. Didn't seem like the greatest neighborhood. Owner was responsive, I had issues opening links that were sent via vrbo and didnt have to wait long for owner response.

Excellent stay. Everything was as described. The only thing, if it could have a snow shovel for inclement weather :) the neighbor was so kind to lend me hers and when I messaged the host he was out a few hours later and did the whole walkway and some of the driveway which was SO appreciated. I hope to stay here again especially when the weather is better and experience some of the stuff to do outside! All in all a WONDERFUL visit and worth every penny.

Home was more cute and cozy than you can tell in the pictures. There were a lot of comfy blankets available in each room and several extra fold out cots available for extra sleepers. There is also a bookshelf with a bunch of board games and tennis rackets that the kids enjoyed.

My wife and I travel to Springfield, MO regularly for Shopping & Entertainment. Periodically, we do stay overnight for a long weekend. Our choice to change up our normal Hilton stay proved to be a very good one. This property was very clean and well maintained in one of Springfield's established neighborhoods. Also, communication with the owners was great. We would recommend this property to others.

Stopped on our way home from Branson. House was very comfortable and lots of technology. Convenient to Bass Pro Shop, which we visited 3 times. Close to the airport, which is why we came back to Springfield. I would definitely stay there again if we return to this area.
Thomas was very helpful. We got in late and had a little trouble with the lock pad code but I called him and he answered quickly and the problem was solved instantly! Very nice guy.
My mom and I were on our 3rd annual MO Shop Hop and stayed 2 nights at this lovely home. It was cozy and was a perfect place to rest our weary bodies for 2 nights. We both felt that we got the best nights sleep.... such comfortable beds. Definitely will keep this house in the mind for future stays in the area.
Very cozy 1940’s home. So we’ll stocked with coffee, tea, spices, batteries for remotes. Didn’t have to go out for anything. There were books to read and games to play even some balls and tennis rackets. A park near by. 10 minutes from the amazing BassPro Museum and aquarium! I would highly recommend this home away from home. Thomas was a great host when local internet went out. Nice meeting Thomas.

It is an ok stay if you’re in a bind and need somewhere. I’ve been to better listings in town for the same price. I just find a lot of corners cut in the construction that makes it not homey or to be a great stay

We visited Springfield for the night and this house was perfect for our group. we had 4 adults and 2 kids. The roll away beds were perfect for the kids to camp out in the livingroom. The house was extremely clean and I loved the little touches throughout the house. Neighborhood does seem a little run down but we had no issues with neighbors or noise. The house itself is very nice.
I was thankful to find this clean and affordable stay for my family. Each room had great televisions, and the living room had phenomenal surround sound. We watched a family movie together after our outings.
We had a fantastic stay at this house in Springfield, Missouri. The house had everything we needed, making our trip comfortable and stress-free. Our twins had a great time exploring the local attractions, with the zoo only 14 minutes away, the science museum just 5 minutes away, and Bass Pro Shops about 6 minutes from the house. The house was cozy, and we appreciated the convenience of having multiple TVs with Disney and other streaming options. The secure check-in process was hassle-free, and we felt we got great value for our stay. Additionally, having a Walmart Neighborhood Market just two minutes away was incredibly convenient for picking up any essentials we needed. Highly recommend this place for a family-friendly getaway!

Thomas's place was nice and up to date. Bed was comfy, bathroom nicely decorated and clean. TV in living rm was huge. Couch comfy. Temp in house was good. We didn't cook as we were mostly at relatives in town. Brought our own blender for smoothies and drank coffee in the a.m. A few suggestions: a small table/shelf in the bathroom for toiletry bag. A different toilet paper holder. The one in bathroom kept falling off. A handheld shower facet would be nice. The other thing to be aware of is the furnace goes clunk when it reaches temp. It was startling at first but then we figured it out. The neighborhood had mix of older homes, some nicely fixed up and others not so much. We felt safe though and slept well. It was a nice stay and we would stay here again. Thomas was very quick to respond to any questions we had and he was very appreciative of our business.

The house is beautiful and clean! Super easy to find and check in/out. They had everything we needed and more. It was within 5 minutes to the WOW aquarium and anything else you might need. The only issue (not the host fault) I had was I accidentally locked myself out because I didn’t realize the door automatically locked. Luckily I remembered the door code! It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend staying!
We were only in town for one night, but the house was just as described, clean and easy to find. Perfect size for our group of three. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, had plenty of towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were provided. Kind of older neighborhood, but was nice and quiet and we felt safe. Very close to MSU campus for the event we were attending. Overall it was a great stay and met all of our needs.

We had a lovely stay! Our hosts provided a wonderful home for our family of 5. My 15 year old slept on the couch and was very comfortable. The mattresses were exquisite and I must now buy them for my house 🤣 the only bump was the AC was a little loud for comfort for my 2 and 5 year olds when it first kicked on, but after explaining what it was, they were perfectly fine. Needed a quiet, comfortable, clean place to stay while traveling on the road. Am a very light sleeper and usually have difficulty sleeping in a new place. I put one of the owner's box fans next to my bed and slept very soundly and awoke refreshed and ready to get back on the road!
My partner and I stayed at Thomas's property while we had a busy week attending to appointments in Springfield - often needing flexible checkins/outs, late-evening messages, and inquiries to extending our booking. Thomas was friendly, generous, and timely with all communication making our trip a little less stressful. The house was comfortable and appropriate for our multi-night stay and the property's location was very convenient for our attendance around the central Springfield area. The house was lovely! It was easily able to house the four of us with no problems. The furnishing was great with three 60+ inch TVs. The only downside someone may have is there are only two beds with some pull out beds and a couch. We had no problems with it but some people may. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely come back.

This was a great location and space with the right amenities for our stay. We chose an Air B&B over a hotel so our son could rehearse for his music audition at MSU in a private space. It was perfect! Very comfortable and very clean. Things to note with this rental include super comfortable beds and pillows, communication was great and the place felt clean and well put together. Really didn't lack for anything. We mentioned a couple of things and Thomas fixed them right away! The neighborhood is far from fancy, but don't let that discourage you. It very quiet and my sister and I felt safe the whole time. House is centrally located, easy driving distance from every where we wanted to go.

Very clean & cozy
Enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortably away from major traffic. But close enough to everything in Springfield, you could get where you wanted to be in about 10 minutes. House was nice and clean. Little hint for you, bathroom towels are under the sink. We had some in the dryer waiting for us, but there were more when we actually looked. lol. Cute house, nice rooms, plenty of privacy when wanted. Highly recommend.
Thomas's place was roomy, comfortable, quiet and had great entertainment options with a very large screen TV and lots of streaming options. It was stocked with everything we needed and there were options for easily charging devices.

My fiancé and I stayed for a weekend getaway and it was the perfect home for us! Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The large TVs and Alexa system were very nice touches. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a perfect, cozy place for our family. The host is responsive, and the place had everything you need and more with great tech extras. I enjoyed the music on Alexa as I was cooking a tasty meal on the gas stove, and the beds were very comfortable.

The house was perfect for our visit to Springfield. We attended the MVC volleyball tournament that was hosted by MSU. Very convenient and close to the University and my husband's favorite store Cabelas/Bass Pro. I was very impressed on how clean and inviting the home was and how quickly the owner responded to my emails. Highly recommend staying here and would again if we plan another trip to Springfield.
We loved the opportunity to stay here! Thomas was very friendly and responsive. The home was clean, spacious, and had every amenity you could think of. We used the kitchen a lot and it was extremely well stocked. We can’t wait to be back!
This was our first stay with Thomas and we couldn't have been happier! The place was easy to find and seemed closed to everything. Check-in AND check-out were seamless. There weren't 1,000 dos and don'ts listed, which was refreshing. We had everything we needed for our one night stay but I can certainly see where this place would be excellent for someone needing an extended stay - a home away from home situation with everything you need to feel at "home". The home was clean. Washer and dryer if needed. Nice coffee pot. The beds were plush and comfy. Plenty of towels. Two rollaways which we used for our two toddler granddaughters. Lots of the latest techy gadgets and huge TV's! Plenty of smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Springfield. It was clean and very comfortable. You can tell the hosts have thought of the little things to make the stay better.
Inside looked newly renovated. Super clean. Easy instructions. I got there very late (travel schedule, plus interstate closure in another state), but I'll definitely book here the next time I'm in Springfield.

We had a great stay at this wonderful home! Very clean and comfortable plus it’s a smart house with three very large screen televisions. Easy entrance and easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts went above and beyond what is expected. We had a family emergency and needed more time which they gladly helped us with. We appreciate their compassion and understanding of our situation! Next time we are staying overnight in Springfield we will definitely look to book this home again!
This was a return stay for us to this beautiful, peaceful, cozy home. It is close to the main streets of Springfield, yet far enough away that it creates a quiet retreat. The home is immaculately kept - from the bedrooms to the bath to the living area. Entertainment is provided with large screen TVs in each bedroom and the living area, as well as various board games for families to play. The most outstanding element is the communication with the host, Thomas. He is polite and welcoming. You get the sense that he truly cares that you have a great stay. He is super responsive to any question or concern. I have confidence that you will love your stay as much as we did ours.
This house was very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that there were 2 hide-away single beds, which was nice because our 12 year old was able to sleep on a bed and not the couch.

I travel quite a bit and have stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s. This is one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at! Ultimate connivence, very clean, and accommodating. Highly recommend, if you are staying in the area. Thomas made the process very easy and was great. For any situation, I recommend!
This was one of my favorite air bnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. They had a wonderful kitchen and well stocked. The tvs and speedy Wi-Fi was so nice. The beds and pillows were so comfy! The host made sure we had everything we needed! We hope to stay here again in November when we come back to the area. Thank you so much Thomas!
Home was cozy and in excellent shape
Thomas and Carol's home was amazing. It was comfortable, cozy, and feels like right at home the moment you walked in. They were also very responsive, communicative and made sure you were always taken care of. I had no issues at all during my stay and I will definitely book again at any of their properties if needed.
The house was as described. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Had a lot of electronic conveniences. Would stay here again.

Thomas place was amazing nice and clean. It was a real peaceful home to stay in. It's real smart tech savvy which is really cool.
We absolutely loved the house! We were in town visiting family with our newborn and the house had everything we needed and more. Thomas was also very helpful when we had a special request!!! My boyfriend had never stayed at an air bnb before but he said it was way better than a hotel and next time we visit he wants to stay at this exact location. Let's not forget the extremely comfortable beds and the Alexa in every room was great to play lullaby for the baby.
This was a great place. It was perfect for the number of guests and in a great location to get to places we planned to go.

You can tell the house has been currently remodeled . Comfortable beds. New carpeting and furniture . Parking on the premises . Ring doorbell system, lots of plug ins and outlets.

I had trouble with the lock upon arrival (personal ignorance lol) Thomas answered immediately and helped me out. The residence was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. This was my family’s first time staying at an AirB&B and it was a great experience. If we ever come back to Springfield we will absolutely be staying here! 10/10
Everything was as expected. Clean, safe neighborhood. The bed was very soft. I had some trouble finding hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and dining area are awkward but that doesn’t really matter unless you plan to cook your meals there.
We were there to see family, it was located between 2 brother's homes. We met together there for most dinners and everyone was comfortable. We all have a special memory created now at this charming little home. It was well supplied with everything we needed, and we are so very grateful for it all. We took walks everyday and it's close to a nice park. It's an easy walk to Walmart for needed supplies. The beds were very comfortable, it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. Hope to return here in the future. Thank you Thomas!

Would be better for 4 adults & maybe a child or 2, has 2 full sized comfy & VERY high beds (if you’re short you may need to bring a step, lol) and 2 fold up twins in the closet but not really any room to put them had to rearrange the furniture in the living room to get them out. Currently kind of difficult to cook for more than a few people with what is in the kitchen, & strange kitchen dining room layout as shown in the pictures. So many remotes it was kind of overwhelming.

Our stay was great. Just the right size for 2 adults and 4 kids. Location was great as we were taking a short weekend trip to visit the aquarium and it was about a 5 minute drive. The house was clean, and well stocked. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

We had 8 of us in this house 4 being kids we made it work just fine I’d say adult wise the max amount of people would be closer to 5 or 6. House served its purpose for us just fine. We have no complaints!

Thomas's place was great! The location was easy to access even though they are working on one of the streets to get there. It was well furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. Thomas was very responsive and helpful. I came for a wedding but if I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stay again. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Had a great time staying here! I was there to see a touring show and this was a much more affordable option than staying at a hotel. The house was also great for a spot to just hang out with friends. Notice I didn’t say “party”. The rooms were lovely. Everything was great. Thomas was so kind in answering all of my questions. Just make sure to bring an extension chord for charging in the bedrooms. 👍🏻
