We had a great stay! The location was very convenient for our plans in the city. One of our favorite parts was the large couch. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here this past weekend with 3 of my friends from around the area. It was very cozy with a big couch to relax on in the living room. Only about 10 minutes away from everywhere and a very relaxing cute home!

The Historic Route-66 Bungalow is just as nice as it looks from the pictures. It is close to downtown Springfield, not too far from the highway, and fairly quiet for being located on a busier street. We loved the enormous leather sofa and the big screen TV, especially since the weather was cold and rainy during our stay. It was great to have somewhere comfortable to hang out after hours. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we're in the area!

The home was as described. Traveling with small children I would hesitate to book again because it is on a busy road and the house itself is older and creaky, not the best for baby sleep. Neither of these would have bothered me at all if it were out adults/older kids in our group!
It was really nice in the inside and was just right for me and my 2 co-workers, we had a great stay! P.S. the couch is the most comfortable thing I’ve sat on! Super comfortable 😂

NOT A 2 BEDROOM! Everything else was some were between good and great. Start with the bedroom issue. 1. If a guest must pass thru a room in order to get to the only bathroom then the room being passed thru cannot be considered a bedroom. 2. The room had 2 entrances and only one door. When guests from the only true bedroom left their room to go to the only bathroom they could see right into our room because it did not have a door. You cannot consider that a bedroom. Simply placing a bed in a room does not make it a bedroom. No dressers so we could not unpacked our bags, everything had to be placed on the floor (not a huge issue).We loved the large sectional couch, plenty of room for all four of us to sit and enjoy a movie on the large screen TV before going to bed at night. Kitchen had most everything we needed, could use a peeler, colander, and baking sheet. Fortunately we brought our own because we planned on making spaghetti with garlic bread one night and you never know if they have all the pots and utensils you might need.Had I known there was no door on one of the rooms they called a bedroom, I would not have booked this home for my wife and I to stay with my in-laws (a trip with my young children it would have been fine). Lack of privacy was a huge deal, and definitely would have been a deal breaker.

Thomas’ place was perfect for our quick trip to get our college student settled. He was fantastic and quick to communicate. It looks exactly as pictured and we appreciated all of the extra blankets and pillows. We would stay here again.
Overall we absolutely loved this place. The only thing we didn't like was the traffic noise at night. The interior of the home was gorgeous and the cleanliness is on point. I would stay here again.

The large, massive couch is what captured me upon arrival. This couch is so long, you can get comfortable from anywhere you plop down. I found myself unwinding from a long day, in perfect comfort. The kitchen is so close to the living room/couch. I liked the comfort and feel which came with staying here. Would gladly stay again.

The home was great. Beautiful on the inside. Porch was nice but there was a lot of loud cursing and racial slurs coming from the barber shop across the street. Besides that, great place to stay. I would stay there again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It worked very well for our little family get together. We were able to cook a meal for Sunday lunch! And it was so cozy! My daughter wanted to take the couch home with us!! It was so comfy and big and she loved it!!
Thomas's home was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a tight squeeze, but otherwise very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The location is very central to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Springfield.

Stayed here for a wedding nearby & overall happy with our stay. Unfortunately the guest before us was not kind to the property- but the host was proactive in addressing this and even came by after we got there to address additional concerns and make sure we were comfortable during our stay. He was very responsive and handled everything very professionally and very politely. The place was comfortable, close proximity to things, and we all slept great all weekend! We enjoyed sitting out on the porch chairs each morning. Some things are outside of the hosts control, and he still did his best to make our stay go by smoothly. We appreciate you Thomas!

This little house is cozy and really well finished. The living room has been my husband's favorite spot. We were close enough to family and shopping.
Had a great time on a weekend celebration for Mother's Day and my daughter's birthday. Street was well traveled so the traffic noise and sirens from emergency vehicles was a little much but we had a good time.

Thomas’ place was perfect for our overnight stay in Springfield while we were visiting the Aquarium. Our son loved the giant Connect 4 and the board games; we loved the convenience of the location, the cleanliness, and the comfortable beds and linens. Thomas was very helpful when we had questions and responded immediately—he even let us check-in an hour early when we arrived in town a little earlier than expected. Overall, we’re pleased with our stay and would stay here again!

This was a perfect house for us to stay at while visiting our daughter that goes to MSU. The sheets on the beds were so soft and cozy. It was a nice extra touch. It was nice to be able to cook meals together and sit around the coffee table to play games.

I’m very picky but we took a chance and this paid off. The pictures helped and everything was right as described/pictured. We felt right at home! The family loved the huge couch which my wife had to look up as she wants one. Everything was clean, especially the bathroom! I had a couple of questions, which the host answered in a timely manner. Great stay, if we’re ever in the area we’ll definitely stay there again!
So much better than a hotel. Everything you could possibly need was there. Walk in with your clothes, place a Walmart delivery for your food and you’re set. Just like home. Stay was 1 1/2 weeks, just as cheap if not cheaper than a hotel.

Me and my partner loved staying here. It’s very cozy and the living room rocks. The flat screen while playing video games was the highlight of the stay. There was also scrabble and monopoly which was also fun! The place was very clean and had plenty of kitchen amenities and bathroom amenities. Really appreciate the lotion! We definitely will be staying here again when we’re back in town!
