This home was perfect for our band. It felt warm and welcoming and had enough space for all of us to get a good rest before and after our show. Plenty of parking space for our vehicles and felt tucked back enough for us to leave some cars and gear while going into town. Perfect for a downtown location tucked neatly in neighborhoods. We'd highly recommend this place for friends and families with adolescents!
Every detail of this home is so cute, homey, well thought out and quaint. The amenities made it easy for our family to feel right at home. The bathroom features a towel warmer, which was probably the coolest thing! The beds were comfy, linens were fresh, and everything inside was easy to use. The neighborhood itself had quite a few VERY friendly stray cats. It made the kids’ morning to come out and be greeted by such cute kittens. If we were ever in need, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoys out stay at Thomas' home! It was very family-friendly, with a pack n play, kid's plates & utensils and family games. The home was tidy with very cool smart-home features, including extra locks on both doors. With quick access to main thoroughfares, we'd definitely stay there again!
I think because of the location, it was high for three nights.
Very cozy place, area is very easy to get to and very peaceful at night. Host was very responsive and always answered my messages within 5 minutes. Had lots of kitchen utensils so we were able to have meals at the air bnb as well.

The WiFi was fast and reliable the whole time. The house’s location gave us easy access to everything in Springfield. Whether we were heading downtown, to the university, or local attractions, travel was quick. Our host was attentive and responsive. Any question we sent was answered promptly. We enjoyed staying here for a few nights. Check in was incredibly easy as they left the exterior lights on. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans. One room had 2 queen beds which was a great help in maximizing space in this tiny house. Off street parking was easy and we had plenty of room for two vehicles.
I don’t stay in AirBnB’s often, but for the price & conveniences that come with it, worth every dollar.

We were very pleased to find this home to stay . Though it was one night , but it is a quiet, very nice and clean place , the house is also smart !! The towel warmer / dryer is a huge bonus , the same as a bidet system!!! And air purifiers !!!Loved it all . The kitchen equipped very well and has everything to cook a meal. All the beds are very comfortable. There are also porch armchairs to enjoy outside. The location worked great for us .The host responded very fast !!! There is also a personal site with instructions to check in and check out !! So helpful!! Would stay there again !!

The house was very pretty on the inside. Had alot of things that my own home doesn;t have so it was nice to see different things. The yard could have been mowed but that wasn't a big issue. All in all it was a nice stay.

The location was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit and it was stocked with everything we needed. This was not the host’s fault, but on our very first night the power went out due to the city working on some things. This was around 8-9 PM. We didn’t know that at that time and informed Thomas. He came out right away to try and figure out what was going on. The electricity eventually came back on and we later found out the reason. He was quick to respond to us and was very attentive. All in all, our stay there was great! Would highly recommend!

The place was very comfortable and had everything you needed. I was not use to the high tech Alexa lighting but figured it out! (Instructions were clearly posted). We were very happy with our stay!!
This place was decked out with gadgets. Alexa controlled appliances throughout the entire house. The towel warmer had us feeling like royalty. The house was small but cozy and was exactly as described. Perfect for what we needed it for and we enjoyed our stay!

This place is quaint and has all the fun tech features. We enjoyed our one night stay. The only downfall was the neighbors on one side having a verbal altercation in the front yard at our initial arrival. Behind that the stay was great and it was quiet and peaceful for the rest of the evening.

What a great space for the few days my family stayed in Springfield. Space for all 5 of us and a well stocked kitchen. Parking was off the street, which was great. I didn’t see the door code in the check-in instructions so I called the host. He answered right away and gave me the door code right away. Overall a great spot!
My family of four stayed here for a single night for our drive out west. It was exactly like the photos and even had some extra smart features which our family thought was fun! I definitely recommend!

Such a cozy little space. I booked same-day and am always nervous when I do that, like maybe it won’t be clean or ready for us, but of course it was check-in ready and the actual check-in process was a breeze. I traveled with my four kids and it was perfect.

Comfortable, clean. Very up to date technologically - Alexa everything, enormous Roku TV in the living room, keypad entry. Easy checkout. The front bedroom was a little bright for us at night. We wished there were drapes or blackout blinds but it probably wouldn't be a problem for most people.
Thomas' place was as pictured. Cutely decorated. There were a few issues, but Thomas communicated immediately and the issues were remedied to satisfaction.

It was exactly what I expected. We just needed a one night place as we were passing through. My only concern was I am allergic to cats and my allergies were really bad, so possibly there was a cat there.
This is a great place to stay. The hosts are amazing, very friendly and responsive. They have alot of technology and several nice finishing touches and features to make your stay comfortable. I also love their decor! In the kitchen, I especially loved the, Alexa do the dishes picture, lol! They obviously have a great sense of humor too. As a landlord myself, I much appreciated everything they had to offer. A must stay!
our only complaint is that the dryer did not work at all. one of the reasons we had chosen this rental was for the washer and dryers being an amenity. at the end of our stay we had to put our wet clothes into a laundry basket despite the dryer being ran 4 times.

this house severed its purpose to have a place to sleep. The ceiling fan in the bedroom with two queens was filthy with dust hanging off it. there was a horrible smell from the kitchen sink and there is a horrible sound the refrigerator makes. . I killed a wolf spider in the kitchen as well. the pots and pans were way over used and gross. there was a small bottle of water under the TV stand assuming it was from the previous people that stayed before us . so cleaning is clearly not throughly done. the house is cute and has potential to be a great airbnb. washer and dryer were nice. great water pressure in shower as well.

Thomas's West Springfield property was cozy and quiet for our short stay. The listing was as described and suited me and my partner's needs perfectly. The shower was great and we appreciated the towel warmer and bidet in the bathroom. Quick anecdote: we were already staying at one of Thomas's other listings and needed to extend our stay in Springfield last minute. Thomas was quick to offer this home for us (if it was available) and extended a discount to continue staying at his properties. Extremely hospitable and easy to communinicate while we worked out our schedule. I would feel safe and welcomed at any of Thomas's properties.

This little cozy house was perfect for my small family. Great entertainment, from card games to the TV app selections while indoors and short drives to the local entertainment. It's very high tech and the simplicity of having an Alexa/echo available for music and lighting was such a plus. Especially, when you're already in the comfy beds and you don't want to get up, just asking Alexa to turn off the lights was a plus! Thomas was very responsive, we ended up cutting our stay by one day. Quick response from him and Airbnb we had our money back after approval. I'd recommend this cozy little spot to anyone along with the host!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely love it! It feels so cozy and safe for us and our children! The beds are AMAZING. SO COMFY. The fenced in backyard was great for our 2 babies to run around and play safely as well! We love the Smart tech stuff & the towel warmer in the bathroom! Stayed here with a friend. The house is clean and wired. Massive TV in the living room! It was nice to have laundry available and I did use it before heading out for the next leg of my trip. Neighborhood is quirky and never felt unsafe. I spent most of my time when at the house sitting in the comfy chair. I would gladly stay here again.

The house was very cute inside and out. Plenty of space for my family of 4. The totelt was a hit with ALL! The theology in the house is great!!! Alexa powered lights was very night. It's a 10- to 20-minute drive to anything you'd want to do in Springfield (other than enjoy some downtime watching movies or playing games, which it's perfect for) but it's close to two expressways, so still pretty convenient and the price is certainly right. We would definitely stay here again!

Cutest little cottage! We had everything we needed. Great layout for our family. The house is full of technology, which I’m sure is very appealing for most people! “Alexa” was there for our music needs! There is even a towel warmer we didn’t use, but would have liked if we were there for more than one night. Beds are comfy (on the firmer side which I prefer). There were also games and books available, along with an incredibly huge TV for entertainment. Would stay here again!
This place was outstanding! I love love loved the smart tech stuff, the towel warmer, the bidet was new for me but I will say I’m purchasing one now lol & the bed was a dream! It was very clean and made us feel right at home. Our host was very responsive & helpful with everything! We will definitely be staying here again on our trips to Springfield!! :)
Overall okay. Husband liked TV. One bathroom but mudroom had mirror, outlet, shelf, lighting to get hair & makeup ready outside of bathroom. Wise. We disliked the smart lighting/wiring a lot. Turning on or off one switch impacts multiple areas without a pattern that we could pick up in the days we were there. Example: during middle of the night turning on bathroom light also turned on bedroom light. Had to wake up & shut off. Recommend non-stick pan for cooking eggs breakfast. No fun cleaning up the pan that was there. Saw 1 bug in bathroom. A previous review & reply mentioned that. It appears to still be an issue being dealt with.

Thomas’s place will always be my go-to spot when staying in Springfield! Conveniently located behind 7 Brew — which I love! The smart home features are a huge added plus. Some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in — PEACEFUL neighborhood, large TV, fast WiFi, overall : PERFECT! Wish I could give this place more stars!

A lot of attention to detail went into creating this space. Everything that could be thought of was provided. Thomas is very responsive. I love the neighborhood in particular. Quaint Midwest neighborhood surrounded by beautiful mature trees. Get to know Alexa well before you stay because she will be your best friend while you’re there. I am very glad I stayed.
Had a great stay here! nice to have laundry available with all the needed detergent and supplies. Very functional kitchen and all around great space. Heated towel rack in the bathroom was a nice touch.

My family and I needed a place to stay before flying out of the Springfield Airport. it was the closest Airbnb to the airport (10 minute drive) and a very good value! Thomas's place has a "techie" vibe with several large TVs, dimmable led lighting and smart speakers throughout the house! The place was spotlessly clean and even offered a full size washer and dryer for doing laundry! if I'm ever flying out of Springfield MO or visiting Branson I would definitely book Thomas's place again! 5 STARS!!
Thomas was an excellent Host and his place is exactly as described. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with close access to a highway, shopping, and restaurants. The home is exactly as pictured and I felt comfortable in the home. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.
Chose this home because it was near family we were visiting. It is close to the airport and highway 44. It is located in an older part of town with small modest homes. Since my husband wasn’t feeling well I requested an earlier check in. Our host tried to accommodate us but found the house in a big mess from the previous tenants. I needed to leave to meet my daughter so my husband relaxed on the front porch until the house was cleaned. I was able to put our cold items in the refrigerator. It was available by the stated check in time . Our host refunded us $15 which he really didn’t need to do. The home was clean and is full of many items that made our stay more comfortable. Our bed was good and I really loved the beautiful hardwood floors. It has a lot of high tech smart home features. Would definitely stay here again.

Thomas's Airbnb was BEAUTIFUL! Right when you walk in, you immediately feel at peace and at home. The big TV and comfy couch was the perfect spot to post-up and chat with friends or watch a movie. The layout of the house was convenient and the beds were extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!

The property was super cute and was perfect for a weekend trip with me and my 3 friends. The place was updated with tons of technology and safety features that we, as 3 girls, felt more comfortable with. The neighborhood is not the best, but I never felt unsafe while staying here. The property owner was awesome too, quick to respond and was accommodating for some adjustments we had to make with our stay.

This place was absolutely adorable and the beds where so comfortable!! My only 2 issues was since this is a smart house Alexa kept turning the lights on at 2 am in the front bedroom (we have a 4 y/o and he was sharing the room with us and grateful he slept through it but my husband and I woke up every time) and then at 6 am the rumba vacuum randomly turned on and that did wake up our 4 year old and everyone else in the house. So as comfortable as the beds were we did not sleep very well because of these issues. I would still recommend staying at this place.

For an overnight stay it met all my needs. Host was quick to respond to my questions and accommodated my need. The FREE streaming services to watch a movie to settle down for the night, after a long days drive, was refreshing and I had a good nights rest after.

Very Cozy home. Thomas was very accurate on his home. We loved playing games with "Alexa!" Our beds were very comfortable and it was nice to be able to fix food for us as opposed to eating out the entire time. I will definitely rebook when I am in Springfield again. We have stayed at this place on a few occasions now while doing work in Springfield. We have never had an issue getting into the home, contacting anyone, or anything else. Thomas always replies immediately with questions as well which is great.

Love Alexa the virtual maid, she turned the thermostat up or down, played tunes for us, etc anytime we asked. Thats good help! LOL This was a one night family stay and was just lovely and comfortable. Our key code was easy to remember and check in couldn't be easier. Wish we could've used the fire pit but mother nature didn't cooperate. Good thing we will definitely be back and plan to use it next time. There were games and books for bad weather days as well as TV and music for dancing on that hardwood floor! The kitchen pans, utensils, dishes, etc. is very well stocked just like my own, so you can cook or bake anything you desire. The front patio looks so relaxing unfortunately we didn't get to take advantage due to weather. Oh and the bathroom includes a towel warmer and bidet which was absolute luxury! Highly recommend this home!!!

We travel all over the 4 state area for work and have just now ventured into the Airbnb world instead of hotels and staying at your place definitely raised the bar and expectations of further rentals! We loved staying here! It was VERY clean, had great options for streaming and we felt very safe with the added security of the cameras and coded entry. Soft sheets and the heated towel rack really made it extra comfortable. 😊

We loved the amenities in this little cottage home. I enjoyed using the stainless steel pots/pans, the “Alexa” to turn on the radio, tv, lights was very convenient, the yard was great for the kids to play, the beds were perfect for a wonderful nights rest, Great eco friendly-toxic free cleaning products used, and last, the hepa air filter is wonderful. Also, Thankful for the host’s response to our inquiries.

First time staying at this awesome air bnb! Everything was pretty cool and throughout the entire home was controlled by Alexa. The bathroom was my favorite probably because the heated towel rack and toothbrush cleaner plus the bidet lol. Not only that but the property was well lit up and I could access the front, side entry and backyard camera views at all times. Thomas and carol were very quick to respond and friendly hosts and really understanding. I’d definitely recommend staying at any at any of their air bnbs for sure!! Thanks guys! :)

My aunt and I enjoyed our stay at Thomas’s place. The furniture and beds were comfy! The kitchen was well stocked(pots,pans,utensils,ect)with everything I needed to make dinner and breakfast. We did have a slight issue when checking in with the code not working but Thomas responded immediately and solved the issue with no inconvenience to my aunt and I. Would definitely stay again if I get the chance!

This house is so cute, and Thomas has thought of everything! The use of technology is so convenient. Even though this house is an older home, you can't really tell because they have done such a great job with updates, cleanliness, and decor. This is a comfortable, convenient, and pretty home.

Wow! We have stayed at multiple Airbnb locations but this was certainly one of our best experiences. At every possible place where convenience was the goal, this owner provided the best--a "Smart" house (with locks, security devices, switches, outlets, plug-in devices for charging phones, tablets, etc.)--with many other niceties...such as better than usual coffee maker, televisions, heated towel rack, U/V sanitizers and more. Appliances are high quality and clean; cooking and eating utensils are sufficient and the house is nicely decorated. We slept in the bedroom with one queen bed (other family members were in the other beds) and our bed was super comfortable (better than our own bed at home!) and we were very pleased with all of the furnishings. Overall, a very pleasant experience for us and other family members.
