My kids and I stayed here and my kids over it. My son thought the automatic trash can was cool. Both ids loved using the Alexa to control things. The beds were so comfortable. It felt like you just fold into it and it was hugging you. So nice. Easy to get in. Would book again.
I met my elderly parents here for a few days and it was perfect. Everything is on one level which is great because it is hard for my parents to get around. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations for myself, my parents and two children. The living room is a great place to hang out and very spacious. The host is very responsive and always got right back to me with any questions. It's easy to find off the highway and there are restaurants and grocery stores within a 2-3 miles so it was easy to get what we needed. Zero complaints. The place was great and the host was great. We will likely stay here again next time we go to Missouri to meet my parents.

What I loved: The house was really clean! No strange smells. When we arrived at 11 pm all the lights were on and that was really helpful. All in all very nice place. What I didn’t like: The beds were very uncomfortable. That’s preference of course. I like a soft bed. What I found questionable: Within an hour my eyes and nose were burning. That typically only happens to me where there is mold. Couple that with the dehumidifier and several large air filter machines. I could be very wrong. Just a side note I did not say anything to the host as we’re were not there but 13 hours.

Nice spacious home close to I44 and quiet neighborhood. It’s in an older neighborhood with a few run down homes but not scary environment with lots of people out and about in their yards with their kiddos playing, walking pets, ect. The home is older but noticeable upgrades and attention to details have been given to the home. Carpet was a bit worn and obviously been shampooed so it was a bit stiff and they request no shoes in the home for sanitary reasons. It was very clean, updated electronics, comfortable a/c and incredibly comfortable beds. Host was good with communication throughout our stay. Overall, a good and spacious place to stay near I44.

This place is absolutely amazing so high tech and cozy, this is my favorite Airbnb I have stayed at so far. The beds are so comfortable same with the couch with a huge tv in the living room. This place is super clean and had everything you needed even with extras like fun games to play with the family. This is the second listing of Thomas’s that we’ve stayed in and it was my favorite. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is well maintained. We enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard while the kids could run around. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. No kidding I feel like I’ve acquired more sleep this weekend alone just because of them. This home felt like home but better as my kids told me. It’s very close to the Fairgrounds and pretty much anything within 15 minutes. Thomas is easy to get ahold of and communicated everything and anything we might have needed. We’ll definitely be back. The home was perfect for 2 couples. It was just an overnight stay. The garage was a bonus to park our Tahoe in overnight. The smart tvs were logged into some streaming apps which were also very nice. The fans in the bedrooms were a great bonus. The home was very clean.

Outstanding service. very communicative, this was our first airbnb experience and ill probably never stay at a hotel again. we accidently left an item at the property and they offered to send it home to us!! next level service. everything was clean, and even had a welcome sign for us. also there's an imax level TV screen in the living room with an awesome surround system.

Lovely stay! Very convenient to the highway and very clean. This is a smartphone with technology centered actions. Not really something that I have been exposed to so it was a learning experience in figuring out how to turn off the lights but it's not hard once you get used to it.
We chose this place for the amenities (garage, comfortable couch, tvs, backyard, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, blackout shades). It certainly did not disappoint in that regard! We were even surprised there was a rolling cot! They had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay! They didn’t leave out any details. The two things to note (which were not major issues for us): 1.) It is an older home which was obvious by the carpet, cabinets and old home smell. 2.) The neighborhood leading up to get to the house was somewhat run down, but the surrounding houses to the property were modest and well cared for. The neighborhood was very quiet! Despite those notes, the beds were firm & comfortable, the location was 10-20 minutes from everything (located on the north side) and the technology throughout the house was all updated! We enjoyed our stay!

This is our 3rd time staying at one of their homes. We always have a great stay. One great feature is the air cleaners! With asthma in our family we always feel safe knowing the air is clean when we arrive. A second great feature is the Alexa! We enjoy finding local restaurants or things to do by simply asking Alexa. 😆 The huge backyard is always great for the kids and we are always able to come inside, unpack and relax. There is plenty of space for our large family and we will definitely stay again I am sure.

Clean house with good air quality. I appreciated that they had air purifiers instead of air fresheners. The foldable bed we found in the closet was unexpected and very helpful. Beds were great. My back appreciated the firm mattress in the master bedroom. Also lots of extras like fans, purifiers, kitchen appliances, and more that we don't find in a lot of Airbnbs. We stayed at the home for state series at the fairgrounds. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location! We were just minutes from the venue. In addition we loved walking into a clean well lit house. The kids loved asking Alexa to play all their favorite songs. This house was well set up for family, cooking, and a comfortable weekend. We felt safe and secure staying here. The check in procedure was very easy and the updated digital home entrance was much more convenient than some I have experienced. The hosts were wonderful and responded promptly to any questions we had. In addition I noticed the house had a pack and play, an extra roll away bed, and extra bedding - we were impressed! We will be recommending and booking this place again in the future for our next trips to Springfield!

We stayed one night while visiting Springfield for the state high school softball tournament. The living area with the sectional couch and large TV was awesome for our family to watch a football game in the evening and the kitchen was great to prepare breakfast the next morning. The shower had good water pressure and beds were comfortable. We were able to park our vehicle in the garage which was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at his wonderful and cozy location while working nearby in Willard, MO. The home was close to a lot of food and shopping locations as well as many other option just a few minutes away. We really liked the fact that the home was up to date with technology and a bonus was the huge TV in the living room. Highly recommend staying here. I know we will if we ever are in Springfield again!
Check in was super easy. Our family really enjoyed the large tv and smart home features. Beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. Host was very friendly and worked with us when we left an item there by mistake after checkout.
I loved staying at Thomases location I feel right at home and much more if I ever need a short term or a long-term stay he will definitely be the one that I will look for. He is super quick with response super friendly and the house was phenomenal. Thanks Thomas for the wonderful hospitality, the house was gorgeous
This was a great pit stop for us traveling through Missouri! The integration of technology and lighting into the space made it extra fun. The soft lighting under the beds and furniture made navigating an AirBnB at night a breeze. (Especially for the kiddos)

This is the second time I have stayed at one of Thomas’s Air BNB’s! They’re always so clean and I always feel right at home. Definitely worth what I paid for. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

House was very cozy and clean. Being able to use the garage was exactly what I was looking for. Nice place to stay on my long trip back home. We only stayed one night to rest up. It was nice to be able to relax in a cozy place before our early morning start. Host were very responsive and kind.

Our host Thomas was very quick to respond to our questions. Location was great for us as we have family and friends in the area. Easy instructions for alexa. Beds were comfortable. Having the use of a garage to park your vehicle was a plus.

Thomas and Carol's place was such a good fit for our needs this week.... plenty of clean, liveable, well-appointed space for me and my husband as well as my granddaughter and sister to enjoy. We even had a garage for our car and off street parking for two others. Kitchen and bathrooms were up to date; beds very comfy.i will definitely book this place again on another trip!

Thomas's place was very clean when we arrived, even cleaner than we expected. He was very helpful and flexible with us. The place was in close vicinity to things that we were needing to be accessible to. The home was equipped with many of the things that we would typically use in our own homes. Only not so good thing were the beds. They werent as comfortable as they looked, unfortunately. I would definitely stay again, and recommend to others .

The place was really nice, very clean, easy location to get around. I would stay there again except for two things. There are no dressers, and the beds were all full size (not queen as listed). We had actually been looking for a place with a king bed, but decided for the price and location we’d deal with a queen for a week. I ended up sleeping on the couch, and our son shared the bed with my husband. Everything else about the place was absolutely great and I would definitely recommend!

This location was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and can accommodate a large group if needed. Extremely well stocked. Host was quick to communicate. The tv is ginormous and had adequate wifi to stream! Appreciated being able to park the car in the garage. The only point of reference to someone is that the hot water heater didn’t seem to be very large. Maybe we take too long showers 🤷🏻♀️ but if there was a large group there, it would probably be an issue. Two showers and the end of the second one gets cool. We would absolutely stay there again which is why we gave 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, just wanted to have that reference for someone to know about.

The Summit is a spacious older home with pleasant modern furnishings. It fit our purposes beautifully. We will have good memories of our time there.
The summit house is one of our favorites!! Fits our family of 5 perfectly and always feels like our home away from home when we come through Springfield. We will keep coming back every time because of the great host Thomas and crew.
Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home. We were in town due to a family death, but was very comfortable here. The house was exactly as expected vs pictures. Easy check in with a few extras such as a few bathroom essentials, comfortable pillows and fans provided for every room! We'll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Everything was clean, and amenities we're just what we needed. Really liked having a garage to park the vehicle in. The house was close enough to Evangel University, where we needed to be each day, and close to Aldi, Walmart, Domino's and Dollar General. We didn't have to go far to get what we needed.
We had to go to Springfield, Mo for a funeral. Thomas's home was cozy and safe. We felt right at home walking in with lights already lit for entry when we arrived well after dark. The beds are firm, but good. All the necessities to cook in the kitchen. The 85" tv was amazing! The kids loved Alexa in all the rooms, too. Thomas was very responsive to my messages and requests for assistance. We would definitely recommend Thomas's homes (he owns a couple) as well as stay in them again. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

We loved it, my kids loved it and the space. The big TV was a bonus to watch sports on :) It was a blessing for us to be able to have them stay there.
Very welcoming and exactly what we expected based on the listing. Had some issues with the oven and Thomas came out in the snow to check on it and worked hard to get it fixed. Would absolutely stay with them again!

Always love staying at the summit house! Fits our family well, feels cozy, and always in tip top order when we walk in making the home have the fit like a glove.
We travel for work and have stayed here a few times now. We enjoy it very much. One thing I really like is that he has made upgrades. The tv has an amazing surround sound system and he has also added a tv to the master bed. Very friendly. Would stay here every week if it was available.

We had a great stay here. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Living area was super comfortable and a really big tv was great for all to see. It is easy to find and in a quiet area. I would stay here again, it is a really good deal!

Thomas & Carol are top notch super hosts! The house is actually better in person than in photos. All the appliances are new and the house is well maintained and super clean. All instructions in the house are clear and easy to follow. You can tell a lot of thought was put into this process. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Springfield, MO.

We loved our stay at the Summit House! The beds were super comfy and there was a space for everyone in our family of 5! We also really appreciated the art! The little things are a big bonus such as the multiple charging port, we had forgotten our charging cords and having that there was a small gesture but a huge relief for us!

Super clean and comfortable place to stay! We were in town for work and didn’t get a chance to use the HUGE tv but I’m sure it would’ve been fantastic! Communication was great and it was an easy check in and out!
This place was wonderful. We had a couple of questions for Thomas while we were there. He responded immediately and was very helpful. Love the benches at the foot of the beds for storing our stuff. The tv is perfect for binge watching or catching a football game!! Would definitely stay there again. It was well stocked with everything we could need. Thank you!!
